Owner’s Representative for a luxury residential penthouse unit. Master budget, schedule, consultant coordination, and design oversight are managed through a detailed, hands-on approach. Value engineering alternatives were provided to meet the owner’s requirements without sacrificing quality or time. All correspondence with the building, including submissions and approvals, was managed. Design oversight was provided to the project team, including recommendations for details and finishes to control costs and manage owner expectations.
